The Return Match at Edzell Golf Club was played in glorious sunny conditions and despite on the day losing by five matches to two it is fair to say that a very enjoyable day was had by all. Our hosts fed us extremely well including providing an excellent Carvery following the matches. Donald and Arthur in their defeat were given a Masterclass in putting by Bill Stewart (no less than seven single puts with his partner) The Golf Course was in superb condition and the friendly banter contributed to the days enjoyment. Over the two events the result was a 7:7 draw; Dalhousie having won by the same score at Carnoustie
