The Brand Medal

The Gibson Medal

The Gibson Medal is presented annually to the winner of a handicap matchplay event on the Burnside course.

The stroke allowance is converted to "holes-up" at the start of a match.  The Club's handicap rule is: "half the difference in handicaps gives a starting score of holes-up, with fractional differences going up to the next whole number".
